    Service Benefits & Suitability

    • Promotes hair growth, scalp detox, stress relief, and migraine relief.

    • Not suitable for extensions, braids, or dreadlocks — but ideal between styling appointments.

    • Schedule at least 1 weeks before any color treatment. Not for vivid/fashion colors.

    • Please do not book if you have open wounds, scalp irritation, lice, or sunburn.

    Deposit:

    • 25% required at booking for all standard services (women’s, men’s, teens, and add-ons).

    • 35% required at booking for the Bestie Duo / Couples Experience.

    • 100% required at booking for Elite A-Intel Analysis

    Hair Preparation:

    • Clients must arrive with hair loose and detangled.

    • Detangle fee: $25 if completed in 15 minutes or less.

    • If detangling cannot be completed in 15 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled.

    Cancellations:

    • Cancelling less than 48 hours before the appointment forfeits the deposit.

    No-Shows:

    • Charged 50% of the service price to the card on file.

    • Second no-show will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.

    Rescheduling:

    • Only 2 reschedules allowed per client.

    Hair Restrictions:

    • At this time, we do not service hair extensions, braids, or locs.

    Payment & Etiquette

    • Major cards accepted; gift cards must be presented at service.

    • Deposits and balances are non-transferable.

    • Please silence phones; only service guests allowed in treatment areas.

    Agreement

    Booking confirms you have read and agree to all policies.
